The wireless Internet "signal" is sent from our transmitters (Access Points) on top of the mountains (or relay stations) to your roof-top receiver (Subscriber Module). From there, the signal travels through a CAT5e ethernet cable to a router.
There needs to be a clear line-of-sight from the Subscriber Module and an Access Point. The signal does not travel through trees, buildings, hills, etc.
